Cookie Policy
Essential cookies are always on because the form will not work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you say yes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember things between pages and visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and advertising pixels. This policy covers all of them.
2. What we use
| Category | What it does | On by default |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Makes the enquiry form work, protects against spam and automated submissions, and remembers your cookie choice. | Yes, always |
| Analytics | Shows us which pages people use and where they get stuck, so we can improve the site. PostHog and Sentry. | No |
| Advertising | Measures whether an ad led to an enquiry. Includes the Meta pixel. | No |
Essential cookies cannot be switched off through our banner, because the site would stop working. You can still block them in your browser, but the enquiry form will fail.
3. Third parties
Analytics and advertising cookies are set by third parties who handle that data under their own privacy terms: Meta Platforms, PostHog, Sentry and Vercel. Some process data outside Australia. See section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Changing your choice
On your first visit we show a banner with Accept and Decline. Nothing beyond essential cookies loads until you choose. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
5. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline of non-essential cookies without showing you the banner.
6. More information
For how we handle your personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy. Questions: hayden@interlinkai.io.
