1. Who we are
Your Quote Sorted is a business name of Hayden Clive Mitchell trading as Interlink AI, ABN 60 460 171 068, registered for GST, based in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means anyone who uses this website or submits an enquiry through it.
By using yourquotesorted.com or submitting the enquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this service is
We run a lead generation service. You tell us what you are after, and we pass your enquiry to one licensed broker who operates in your area so that they can contact you about it.
That is the entire service. We match and we introduce. We do not quote, arrange, approve or provide anything ourselves.
3. What this service is not
This is the part worth reading twice.
- We are not a lender, a credit provider, an insurer, a mortgage broker or a financial adviser.
- We do not provide credit assistance, credit advice, financial product advice or any recommendation about what is suitable for you.
- We do not hold an Australian Credit Licence or an Australian Financial Services Licence, and we do not act as a credit representative of anyone.
- Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a pre-approval, or a promise that credit will be available to you.
- Submitting the form is not a credit application. It does not involve a credit check and it does not affect your credit score.
Any advice about whether a product suits your circumstances comes from the licensed broker you are introduced to, under their own licence and their own obligations. Not from us.
4. Free to use
The site and the enquiry service are free to you. We never charge you a fee, and you are never asked for payment or card details anywhere on this site.
We are paid by the brokers who receive enquiries. That is how the service is funded, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. Being paid by a broker does not change what we do with your information, which is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. What happens when you submit
When you submit the form we collect your name, contact details, and the details you give us about your enquiry, such as your suburb and state, the type of quote you want, the amount, the purpose and your timeframe.
We pass those details to one licensed broker. Not five, and not a panel. Once passed, that broker holds your information under their own privacy obligations and contacts you directly.
We may also contact you ourselves about the enquiry you submitted.
6. Your consent to be contacted
The tick box on the form is what allows us to pass your details on. If you do not tick it, the form does not submit, no record is created, and nothing is shared. There is no way to use this service without it.
By ticking it you agree that the broker and Your Quote Sorted may contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email, including where your number is listed on the Do Not Call Register.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us or the broker to stop. Withdrawing it does not undo a disclosure that has already happened, and you may need to ask the broker separately to delete what they hold.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us information that is accurate and current. A broker acting on wrong details cannot help you.
- Submit your own details. Do not submit anyone else's contact details or enquiry without their permission.
- You must be 18 or over to use this service.
- Do not use automated tools to submit enquiries, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs.
8. Your relationship with the broker
The broker is an independent business. They are not our employee, agent or partner, and we do not supervise their work.
Anything that follows the introduction is between you and them, including the advice they give, the products they recommend, the fees they charge, the documents you sign, and any agreement you enter into. We are not a party to it.
We take reasonable care in who we work with, but we do not audit or endorse any individual broker's conduct, pricing or recommendations.
9. No guarantees
We cannot and do not promise that:
- a broker will contact you, or contact you within any particular time
- you will be offered a quote, a loan, a rate, or any product at all
- anything you are offered will be the cheapest or the best available
- you will save money
Any figures, rates or savings examples shown on this site are general illustrations only. They are not a quote, not personal advice, and not a prediction of your outcome. What you are actually offered depends on your circumstances and on the provider's own criteria.
10. The site itself
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be up, error free, or free of interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
The site may link to third party websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
11. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.
12. Australian Consumer Law and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a consumer guarantee applies and we fail to meet it, you keep every remedy the law gives you.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we provide this free service on an "as is" basis
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or products of any broker you are introduced to
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or opportunity
- where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service, which is free
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Email hello@yourquotesorted.com. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and respond within 30 days.
If your complaint is about how we handled your personal information and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
If your complaint is about a broker's credit conduct rather than about us, raise it with the broker first, then with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority at afca.org.au or 1800 931 678.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always at yourquotesorted.com/terms with the date and version at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
